What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be at least 21 years old to book a vehicle.

Drivers 25 years of age and older may rent without any additional age-related fees.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. To allow time for vehicle inspection and preparation, we require:

- 8-hour buffer between local rentals

- 24–48-hour buffer between out-of-state rentals

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We offer discounts on extended rentals:

- 5% off rentals of 5 days or more

- 10% off rentals of 7 days or more

- 15% off rentals of 10 days or more

- 20% off rentals of 30 days or more

We also proudly offer a Military Discount. Valid military identification is required to qualify.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals:

- Standard Security Deposit: $250

- No Personal Insurance: $500 security deposit

Deposits are refunded following vehicle inspection and verification that all rental terms have been met.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

- Minimum rental period: 2 days

- Maximum rental period: No set limit

Rentals longer than three weeks may require a special rental agreement.


How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

A 7.25% sales tax is applied to all rentals. Any eligible discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes are applied during checkout according to their terms and conditions.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Each rental includes 250 miles per day.

Unlimited mileage may be available for qualifying rentals at special rates. Please contact us for details.

Mileage exceeding the included allowance is charged at $0.35 per mile unless unlimited mileage has been purchased.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard business hours are:

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?

We offer delivery service with the following pricing:

- $50 delivery fee for rentals shorter than one week

- Free delivery within 25 miles for rentals of one week or longer and for repeat customers

- Delivery requests beyond 25 miles are available at negotiated rates

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

All pick-up and return appointments must be coordinated with management.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when scheduling your pick-up or return.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

No. Custom delivery requests are handled individually and scheduled based on availability.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes. After-hours pick-ups and returns may be available with at least 24 hours' advance notice.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

to help ensure a smooth rental experience, please note the following:

- Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking fees, parking violations, and traffic tickets incurred during the rental period.

- Vehicles should be returned in clean condition.

- Beach sand should be removed before returning the vehicle to avoid additional cleaning charges.

- Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.


Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?

Mileage exceeding the daily allowance is charged at $0.35 per mile, unless unlimited mileage has been selected.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Additional approved drivers may be added to the rental agreement at no additional cost, provided they meet all rental qualifications.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

- Smoking odor: $250 cleaning fee

- Smoking-related damage: Up to $500 or the actual cost of repairs and remediation, whichever is greater

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period. Any unpaid tolls will be billed after the rental is complete.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Vehicles are expected to be returned in reasonably clean condition.

Cleaning fees may apply as follows:

- $150–$200 for excessive dirt or debris beyond normal use

- $250 for smoke odor removal

- Additional charges may apply for beach sand, stains, pet hair, spills, or other excessive cleaning requirements
